This song was released in my childhood and now reminds me of it. The song is called Troy and is by Sinéad O'Connor. As usual though I prefer one of the more dance type remixes than the original.
The version I like is Troy - The Phoenix from the Flame [Schillers Xtended Remix] and comes on Disc 2 of the Album Deeper Shades of Euphoria Vol 1. [Amazon Link below the video]
