Day 09: A Movie That A Friend Introduced You To

Before University I was quite closeted about my sexuality. I had come out to my family before I left but it wasn't until at University that I really explored my Gay side. That wasn't just in a sexual way it was also in a cultural way and it was while at University that I saw a long list of Gay themed Movies. From, Trick, Dog Tags, Redwoods, The Trip, Clapham Junction, Shortbus, Get Real and Shelter to name a few. The first Gay Interest Movie that I was ever introduced to was called 'Beautiful Thing' and was set in Bermondsey in London. It was I believe a Channel 4 production and I think it aired on Television a few times although I never actually saw it on TV. The Movie reminds me of the person who introduced it to me and it reminds me of the feelings I had and in some ways the feelings I still have for him.
