While there are many movies on T.V. that seem to have gratuitous amounts of screen-time there aren't many that I am actually happy about being on so frequently. This Movie however [Movie series actually] gets a decent amount of play and I think it deserves it. This Movie is one Sci-fi Movie that has achieved a level of cult status where almost everyone you ask has seen it and for good reason. This Movie mixes Thriller and Sci-Fi perfectly and portrays a story that actually holds up across several sequels and spin-offs, something which to this day not many Movies can claim to have achieved. I know that I for one would go and buy another Movie if they were to make yet another sequel, I wouldn't even call it overdone, there are plot points and openings in the canon of this series' Universe That would allow sequels without the feeling of them being 'shoe-horned in'.
This Movie is called: 'Alien' and I have linked the Quadrilogy below which I would definitely recommend buying - if you haven't seen any of these Movies I would be in disbelief.
