I have written a post about this experience elsewhere, I thought it was on this blog but alas I cannot seem to find it, oh well. The first Movie I ever saw at the Cinema [after being stopped, detained by the Army, had the car practically disassembled and played in an army base while soldiers stood watch with loaded guns] was Mrs Doubtfire.
The Movie reminds me of that day, and I often look back on the day and think how little I thought of the whole experience and how insane the whole experience seems to people when I tell them about it. It was in no way traumatic, it was "normal" to me. I'll see if I can find that post if not I'll re-write and post it.
